My rate is $150 for a 60-minute therapy session.
Insurance
I am in-network with Aetna and BCBS Insurance Plans. Each individual insurance plan is different, and you may be required to meet an annual minimum deductible for services to be paid out-of-pocket, or pay a co-payment each visit. Ultimately you are responsible, and not your insurance company, for paying the counseling fees agreed upon.
I recommend calling your insurance provider prior to our first visit and inquiring about your coverage for “office mental health visits,” and they should be able to provide that information to you.
Upon request I can provide a receipt for all fees paid, which you may use to make an insurance submission if your insurance provider is not one I am already enrolled in.
Zoom Video sessions are available, and I am offering Telehealth sessions as well as in-person sessions at this time.
Payment
I am able to accept payment for services via cash, check, credit card, Paypal or Venmo.
Cancellation Policy
If you are not able to cancel your appointment without giving at least 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
