My rate is $180 for a 60-minute therapy session.
Insurance
I am in-network with Aetna (including the State Health Plan) and BCBS Insurance Plans. I work with clients who pay privately, and can also bill Aetna and BCBS directly for services. Each individual insurance plan is different, and you may be required to meet an annual minimum deductible for services to be paid out-of-pocket, or pay a co-payment each visit. Ultimately you are responsible, and not your insurance company, for paying the counseling fees agreed upon.
Upon request I can provide a receipt for all fees paid, which you may use to make an insurance submission if your insurance provider is not one I am already enrolled in.
Zoom Video sessions are available, and I offer Telehealth sessions as well as in-person sessions in my office in north central Asheville at this time.
Payment
I am able to accept payment for services via cash, check, credit card, Paypal or Venmo.
Cancellation Policy
If you are not able to cancel your appointment without giving at least 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
