I work one-on-one with clients using an eclectic approach integrating talk therapy with body-centered and mindfulness-based methods. I find this helps clients shift core patterns and beliefs more easily and become more connected with themselves.
I offer individual counseling sessions for adults and work primarily with clients 21 and older.
Session Details
Sessions are typically 60 minutes in length, and the frequency of the sessions and length of time working together is determined on a case-by-case basis. Appointment times are available Monday through Thursday. Sessions are available via Zoom Video at this time with some in-person sessions available as well.

- Struggle to create the kinds of relationships you would like – either a supportive network of friends or the type of intimate partnership you desire
- Experience conflict or unease within a current relationship with a partner, spouse, family member or close friend
- Feel anxious and insecure within yourself and find that this disrupts relationships
- Struggle with boundaries, and find it hard to say no and disappoint others
- Find that you can’t quiet the inner critic and feel haunted by negative self-talk
- Struggle with panic attacks or general anxiety and have trouble relaxing and feeling at ease in your body
- Experience difficult emotions like shame, guilt, fear or anger that are difficult to manage on your own
- Have experienced sexual trauma and find that romantic relationships are impacted and sexuality is a difficult area for you
- Want to cultivate greater self-acceptance and self-compassion and would like to feel more secure internally
- Find it challenging to sit with painful emotions on your own and often push painful emotions away
